The easy to read invoice can be personally tailored to your needs, detailing all your transactions in a single easy to read report, with as much or as little information as you need. Your monthly statement will be segmented for each card thereby summarising each drivers or vehicles activities for the month. In addition we provide a range of convenient payment options including direct debit and BPay, giving you the most administration friendly fuel account facility on the market. Control and Security

To safeguard your account Fleet-Fuel uses the latest in electronic security as well as more obvious visible security methods. If you select a vehicle card it is embossed with the registration number and details of the vehicle to which it is assigned, including the fleet number if required. Alternatively if you select a personal card it is embossed with the drivers name and also carries their signature. Electronic security measures include personal identification numbers (PINs) and product restrictions that electronically block charges to your account for any unauthorised products. Therefore you can control exactly what your drivers can purchase on your account. Our aim is to give you peace of mind.
